Frequently Asked Questions

Does it taste like regular ramen?

By “regular,” do you mean the 99¢ junk food noodles fried in oil and drowned in salt? Because if that’s your standard… we’ll take the L — we’re not that.

That 99¢ stuff you grew up on is fried flour and salt water engineered to be addicting, not nourishing. If you want your tongue tricked while your body suffers, stick with the dollar-store sodium bricks.

Mighty Ramen is real comfort food with 32g of protein, half the sodium, and actual flavour. It’s ramen that fuels you, not ramen that bloats you.

Sensei’s wisdom: If you’re trying to compare a vegan ramen with 32g of protein per cup to dollar-store sodium bombs… you’re asking the wrong question.

Is it really 32g of protein per cup?

Damn right. Every single cup = 32g of protein. That’s more than most shakes, bars, or your sad little rotisserie chicken.

How many calories per cup?

220–230 calories depending on flavour. High protein, low calories. You’re welcome. :)

What about carbs?

16g net carbs. Enough to fuel a workout, not enough to ruin your cut. Keto folks, relax — you’ll live.

Sodium? Ramen is usually salty AF.

We fixed that. Mighty Ramen has about half the sodium of store-bought ramen. Your blood pressure will thank you.

Is it vegan?

Yup. Plant-based protein, totally vegan-friendly.

How fast can I make it?

3–4 minutes. Just add boiling water! Faster than it takes you to chalk your hands for a deadlift.

DO NOT MICROWAVE!

Can I eat this every day?

We literally designed it so you can. It’s like swapping boredom for flavour and still hitting your numbers.

What flavours do you have?

Chicken, Beef, Kimchi, and Curry! More flavours launching soon!

Why Mighty Ramen over protein bars/shakes?

Bars = candy with protein sprinkled in. Shakes = liquid chalk. Ramen = warm, comforting, actual food. Stop pretending you like the other two.

The flavors are so good, honestly was worried about the texture of the noodles but they were good. Very filling too! Delicious way to get protein in!!!

The broth is great, the noodles take some getting used to though. Love the macros.

The taste of the broth is amazing!
Nutritional profile is very attractive....

The noodles are a problem. It's too thin and fibrous. It's reminds me cardboard.

I’ve only tried two flavours so far - but thought both were very tasty and a great way to add more protein to my diet

I must admit they are a nice change. I like them. The noodles are different from what I am used to but they're tasty. It's nice to buy local as well.
